International Accredited PIAUD Study Program with the FIBAA Premium Quality Seal Result

Yogyakarta - Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD), Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (UIN) Yogyakarta, Wednesday (28/3) successfully obtained international accreditation from the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) with the result of the FIBAA Premium Quality Seal.

The Premium Quality Seal is an award given by FIBAA to study programs or higher education institutions that meet certain criteria in education implementation and meet very strict quality requirements. This Premium Quality Seal indicates that the PIAUD Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga has met international standards in early childhood education implementation. FIBAA, as an international accreditation body, recognizes the quality and effectiveness of the education provided by the PIAUD Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga.

According to the Dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Prof. Dr. Sri Sumarni, M.Pd., this FIBAA international accreditation is a very proud achievement for the PIAUD Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. "This shows that our PIAUD Study Program has met international standards in early childhood education implementation, as well as meeting the very strict quality requirements of FIBAA," said Prof. Sumarni.

In the FIBAA international accreditation process, the PIAUD Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga was assessed based on criteria that include excellence in teaching, curriculum quality, student support, and research quality. The FIBAA Premium Seal obtained by the PIAUD Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga indicates that the Study Program has met these criteria very well.

The Head of the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program, Prof. Dr. Sigit Purnama, M.Pd. stated that he is very grateful for the accreditation results that have been prepared for a long time. "We are very happy and grateful for the results of this accreditation. This is the result of hard work and the commitment of all parties, including lecturers, education staff, and students," said Prof. Sigit.

Prof. Sigit also said that the FIBAA international accreditation would help improve the quality of early childhood Islamic education at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. "With this accreditation, we will continue to strive to improve the quality of teaching and research, as well as strengthen international cooperation to meet the challenges of education in the era of globalization," he explained.

In facing the challenges of future education, the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga is committed to continuously developing the quality of early childhood education that is adequate and in line with international standards. This FIBAA international accreditation is expected to help the PIAUD Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga achieve these goals.
