Description This course discusses (1) The concept of physical growth which can be seen in Surah Luqman Verse 14 which emphasizes the importance of attention during pregnancy and breastfeeding. (2) The development of gross and fine motor skills is guided by the hadith which recommends teaching children to swim, archery and horse riding (HR. Al-Baihaqi). (3) Aspects and Stages of Physical and Motor Development are described in Surah An-Nahl Verse 78 which acknowledges the gift of hearing, sight and heart by Allah. (4) Factors that Influence Motor Development include the message in Surah An-Nisa Verse 9 to maintain children's welfare. (5) Islamic principles in motor development are supported by the hadith regarding cleanliness as part of faith (HR. Muslim No. 223). (6) The influence of nutrition on motor development is reminded in Surah Abasa Verse 24 and the hadith regarding the importance of protecting the stomach from disease (HR. Ad-Dailami). (7) Motor Stimulation and Development including prayer orders for children (HR. Abu Dawud No. 495). (8) The Gross Motor Stimulation Method is reinforced by the hadith which recommends physical activities such as swimming and archery (HR. Al-Baihaqi). (9) The Fine Motor Stimulation Method, even though there is no direct reference, is still important in developing children's skills. (10) Games and Motor Development Activities, although there is no specific verse or hadith, are vital for children's development. (11) The integration of music and movement in motor development, even without direct reference, remains relevant. (12) Physical Education for Early Childhood is confirmed in Surah Al-Anfal Verse 60 and the hadith which states that strong believers are better (HR. Muslim No. 2664).
