| Description | This course discusses (1) Basic Concepts of Leadership in PAUD and Islamic Education including the meaning, principles and importance of leadership in the context of early childhood education according to an Islamic perspective. (2) Leadership Theories and Styles in Education describes various leadership theories and effective leadership styles in the PAUD environment. (3) The Prophet's leadership as an example includes the characteristics and practices of the Prophet's leadership that can be applied in PAUD education. (4) The Teacher's Role as a Leader in the Classroom discusses the teacher's responsibilities as a leader in the classroom and how to build positive relationships with children. (5) Effective Class Management describes techniques and strategies for managing PAUD classes so that the learning atmosphere is conducive and enjoyable. |
